Role

for a high‑energy, customer‑obsessed Service Advisor who can deliver an
exceptional service experience from the moment a customer pulls into the drive
to the moment they pick up their keys.
You’ll be the face of our service
department—trusted, knowledgeable, and always ready to go the extra mile.
🚗 What
You’ll Do
- Welcome
customers with enthusiasm and create a smooth, professional service
experience
- Listen
to concerns, ask the right questions, and translate customer needs into
clear repair orders
- Recommend
maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and
vehicle history
- Communicate
with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient workflow
- Keep
customers updated throughout the service process—no surprises, just great
service
- Review
work performed, explain invoices, and ensure complete satisfaction at
delivery
- Build
long‑term relationships that keep customers coming back
- Support
the team during peak times with a positive, can‑do attitude
🔧 What You
Bring
- Experience
as a Service Advisor (CDJR experience is a bonus)
- Strong
communication skills with a friendly, confident presence
- Ability
to explain technical information in a clear, customer‑focused way
- Solid
organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfort
with service management software and DMS platforms
- A
passion for customer service and automotive excellence
- Valid
driver’s license
