🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’re not just booking appointments—you’re owning the customer experience from start to finish.

• Be the face of Parkway Ford’s service department
• Guide customers through their service journey with confidence and clarity
• Translate technical information into clear, valuable recommendations
• Accurately document customer concerns to ensure repairs are done right the first time
• Identify and recommend additional services that genuinely benefit the customer
• Deliver a seamless, high-energy experience from check-in to vehicle pickup

💥 What Makes You a Great Fit

• ✔ Valid driver’s license
• ✔ Minimum 2+ years as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
• ✔ Strong automotive knowledge (Ford experience is a bonus—but not required)
• ✔ Natural communicator who builds trust quickly
