About the Role

We’re looking for a high‑energy, detail‑obsessed Car Detailer who loves turning vehicles into spotless, head‑turning machines. Whether it’s a rugged Jeep fresh off the trail, a bold Dodge muscle car, or a hard‑working Ram truck, you’ll be the one making every vehicle look its absolute best.

What You’ll Do

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and service vehicles
• Wash, wax, polish, vacuum, shampoo, and deep‑clean vehicles to dealership standards
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery
• Apply protective coatings, dressings, and specialty treatments
• Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and supplies
• Assist with lot organization, vehicle movement, and staging when needed
• Support sales and service teams with quick‑turn cleaning requests
• Ensure every vehicle leaves your bay looking showroom‑ready

What You Bring

• Experience in automotive detailing (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move vehicles throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
