🔑 About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, coaching and motivating our sales team, and implementing strategies to exceed goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your leadership directly impacts success.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Create and execute sales strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention

• Monitor and manage performance metrics, CRM usage, and lead follow-up

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and floor plan efficiency

• Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market and competitors

✅ Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar automotive sales leadership role

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools

• In-depth knowledge of automotive products, financing, and sales best practices

• OMVIC Licensed

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends required

💲 Compensation: $75,000 to $120,000
