Dealerships Communications Specialist

Baytowne Hyundai is currently seeking a Dealership Communications Specialist to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Key Accountabilities & Objectives:

  • Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
  • Set appointments for customers to come in and meet with sales
  • Listen and be attentive to customer needs and prioritize in order to provide assistance to the customer and provide the sales consultant with a proper qualified lead
  • Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely in partnership with sales consultants and management to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Experience index score
  • Respond to customer complaints and following established concern resolution process
  • Assist fellow team members when required
  • Identify recurring customer issues, missed opportunites or training needs, and report findings to management
  • Maintain detailed call logs and internal notes for followup as needed
  • Assist with internal communication coordination across Sales, Service, Admin, and Management teams
  • Communicate escalated customer concerns to appropriate manager when required
  • Provide feedback to management and maintain open communication on concerns, suggestions, requirements etc.

Special Requirements: 

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Minimum High School Diploma

·         Post Secondary Education Preferred

·         Strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
