Body Shop Apprentice

Forbes GM is currently seeking a Body Shop Technician Apprentice to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

The Body Shop Apprentice is required to perform tasks in the prepping and refinishing of vehicles. The apprentice will be responsible for prepping various makes and models of vehicles for bodywork and paint. Responsibilities include preparing panels to be primed, priming car body, sanding, applying primer and execute minor body work. The apprentice must be willing to be trained and demonstrate the ability to learn.

• Candidates must possess:
• Automotive prep/refinish experience required
• Registered Apprentice training agreement
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use refinish equipment, spray cards and computer tinting
