400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and dynamic Automotive Financial Services Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial services operation within an automotive dealerships, ensuring exceptional customer service, providing financial solutions, and meeting dealership sales goals.  You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and financial institutions to arrange financing options and ensure a smooth and positive car-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Customer Financial Solutions: Advise customers on available finance options, including loans, leases, & extended warranties 
• Loan and Lease Processing: Oversee completion & submission of necessary paperwork for financing applications, ensuring timely approval from lenders
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure financial transactions comply with dealership policies, and industry & government regulations
• Sales Collaboration: Work with sales teams to understand the customer needs providing tailored solutions 
• Customer Relationship Management: Build & maintain relationships with customers ensuring repeat business and referrals 
• Reporting: Track & analyze monthly sales and finance performance, continually assessing new financing products
• Market Analysis:  Stay up to date on latest trends in automotive finance 

Qualifications:

• Education: Post Secondary education preferred
• Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Automotive Finance or related field
• Licensing:  Must have valid OMVIC

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and financial products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
• Proficient with financial software and tools
• Customer focused approach with a passion for providing excellent service
