Part Time Afternoon Receptionist
Kitchener Ford is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership for afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
Purpose/Summary of Position:
In addition to operating a busy multi-line phone system, in-person guest greeting and sales coordination, the Receptionist is also responsible for various administrative duties which may include posting payments, new and used inventory stock-in, dealer trade coordination, CRM tracking and other administrative functions as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining engagement and rapport with customer on the phone
- Exceptional initiative, high energy, and positive attitude
- Process driven with solid organization and prioritization abilities
- Relevant education and working experience an asset.
