IT Service Desk Analyst

MUST HAVES:


  • 2 + years’ experience working in an IT Help Desk role
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Proficient knowledge and experience to provide support/troubleshooting and apply diagnostic utilities to aid resolution
  • Proficient in M365 Administration (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics), Microsoft certification an asset.
  • Experienced working in a Cloud-based environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership of issues
  • Proven working experience in desktop-level support, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
  • Solid ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deploy solutions to different environments and escalate problems (when required) to the appropriate technicians for resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT Ticketing Systems
  • Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to privacy legislation and other guidelines and regulations
  • Current certification in CompTIA A+ is a definite asset
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent education/experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and their systems (CRM’s and Auto ERP) would be considered an asset
  • A clear Criminal Record Check will be required for this position
