IT Service Desk Analyst

MUST HAVES:
- 2 + years’ experience
working in an IT Help Desk role
- Proven customer service
skills
- Proficient knowledge and
experience to provide support/troubleshooting and apply diagnostic
utilities to aid resolution
- Proficient in M365
Administration (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams,
OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics), Microsoft
certification an asset.
- Experienced working in a
Cloud-based environment.
- Willingness to take
ownership of issues
- Proven working experience
in desktop-level support, including installing and upgrading software,
installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems
and applications
- Solid ability to coordinate
with multiple teams to deploy solutions to different environments and
escalate problems (when required) to the appropriate technicians for
resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels
and types of users
- Comprehensive knowledge of
IT Ticketing Systems
- Excellent analytical
skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of and ability to
adhere to privacy legislation and other guidelines and regulations
- Current certification in
CompTIA A+ is a definite asset
- Post-secondary
Degree/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent education/experience
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of the automotive
industry and their systems (CRM’s and Auto ERP) would be considered an
asset
- A clear Criminal Record
